Business Advisory
Business Facilitation ( Sydney Business Advisory Service)
Business facilitation is a 45 minute one-on-one business consultation with a trained facilitator experienced in all matters related to starting and growing a small business. All our mentoring options promise to provide access to business skills over all aspects of operating and commencing a business and delivers self help tools and resources including local community linkages. You can even do it via web-cam! To request an appointment go to our contact us page and fill in your information.

NEIS (New Enterprise Incentive Scheme)
“Helping you start up and keep up”
If you are an eligible job seeker and are interested in starting and running a small business, you may be able to access assistance through the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS)!
NEIS training is a Centrelink approved activity for up to 13 weeks. This allows time for completing the course (normally eight weeks), assessment of your business plan by your NEIS provider, and any final business preparations.
The Young Entrepreneur Business Mentoring Program
The greatest asset a young business owner can have is a mentor to guide them through the experience of running a business.
The Young Entrepreneur Business Mentoring Program is an opportunity to:
- Target issues which significantly impact your business development
- Tackle key concerns relevant to small businesses operating in specific industry sectors.
The Young Entrepreneur Program offers long-lasting business skills, online discussion forums and sessions for relevant and real issues coupled with networking opportunities with other like-minded young business owners who are also just starting to grow their businesses.

Women in Business
This Mentor Program assists emerging women business owners to grow their business by linking them with experienced business people.
Using a combination of mentoring and practical sessions, the program assists women to improve their business skills and confidence, foster networking and successfully manage business growth.

Beyond the Basics Mentor Program
For those businesses under two years we have the Beyond the Basics Mentoring program, this is for flexible mentoring where you choose you own pathways. Business Buddies – an “issue based” mentor program
With Business Buddies, “an issue shared is an issue solved”. Business Buddies assists established small businesses with issues relation to future viability and growth.

As a Registered Training Organisation ESBEC has been delivering training since 1991.
We offer accredited (nationally recognised) and non-accredited small business courses and workshops covering all areas relating to the needs of small business and the business management issues they face. Check out our events to learn more.

The Hub offers seminars on a variety of topics supporting all aspects of business development. Winning Business Online
Winning Business Online is an Australian Government funded initiative under the Small Business Online program to assist small business owners grow their business and get online. The Initiative consists of 10 workshops.

Micro Mastermind Seminars
Come along and be part of our ‘Micro Mastermind Group’, each two hour session is facilitated by an expert in the chosen topic who will work to give each attendee a clear summary of strategies and actions to bring about lasting change, whatever their business challenge. You’ll also get to share business challenges and explore solutions with a small group of like-minded business owners.

Networking Opportunities – find out more
Marketing and getting the word out about your business is many things, but easy is not one of them. This is where networking becomes a key ingredient in your business.
Networking plays a vital role in the prosperity of a company especially for new to the market businesses.
All our workshops, programs, and events provide an opportunity to network. Our specific networking events include our Business Breakfast offered on an ongoing basis across Sydney Metro i.e Inner West, Northern Sydney and Eastern Suburbs. This 45 minute talk is presented by skilled business professionals on varying small business topics. Our Business Breakfasts offer the opportunity for question and answer as well as networking with other small business owners.

TCF (Textile Clothing and Footwear ) – Training and Mentoring
TCF Australia Online Training and Mentoring provides e-Commerce business workshops, online mentoring, forums and helpline access to small businesses operating in the textile, clothing, footwear and leather industry across Australia. We assist businesses from this sector improve skills in website development, web marketing strategies and online sales tools that will assist to increase brand exposure, increase sales and profitability.
