Winning Business Online – Making the internet work for your business, is all about using online technologies to drive a business forward and branch out into new marketplaces. Specifically created for businesses that aren’t already online and need the know-how without a hefty price tag, the series of ten workshops are designed to make it as easy as possible.
Participants will learn how to create their own personal e-business plan and build their own online presence in a bid to grow market share and brand awareness. Every aspect is covered from the basics of building a website from scratch to marketing and e-commerce.
The program looks at the new tools available to bring down costs associated with running a business such as cloud computing and VoIP. There’s also a module on how to use social networking and viral marketing to create new industry contacts.
Winning Business Online is a partnership between Business Enterprise Centres Australia (BECA), Kochie’s Business Builders, and University of Western Sydney (UWS). BEC Australia has 132 points of contact in metropolitan, regional and rural areas of Australia providing high quality and impartial business advice for small businesses.
