NAMA ELIGIBILITY
As a NAMA job seeker, the NEIS eligibility is subject to the applicant meeting our requirements for financial self-sufficiency.
ESBEC uses an assessment tool that takes into account:
Household income and expenditure - to determine available cash flow
Assets and liabilities - available for draw down
The tool also determines if the job seeker exceeds an upper limit that is determined by DEWR, which aims to exclude those job seekers who would be able to fund their own vocational training, independent of the NEIS Scheme.
