"Will you make a profit?"
This workshop will help you work through your finance questions.

At this session you will gain some basic financial literacy to discuss business and financial issues with a partner, bank, bookkeeper or accountant. The workshops looks at the main financial indicators to compare and review small business financial performance. You will develop and analyse your industry benchmarks and the most common financial statements: profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet.

• Understand the use of Profit and Loss Statements
• Why it is important to compare industry benchmarks
• Debtors and creditors, and chasing money
• The difference between Gross Profit and Net Profit
• Identify sources of help including Website addresses

A sample financial benchmark will be presented to highlight the use of current technology to assist your small business management.
